From a young age, Eric James has been drawn to the various aspects of construction. Growing up in rural Georgia with a dad who enjoyed carpentry, there were always opportunities to learn the basics of construction. Whether farming, building barns, boat docks, pond dams or pouring concrete driveways, Eric’s father invested in his future by involving him in these types of projects. It was during these early years when a passion for building grew within Eric.
Since graduating from Southern Polytechnic State University in 1995 in Civil Engineering, Eric has been a part of the construction industry. His first two years out of school entailed working with Technology Park/Atlanta as a Project Manager at their Johns Creek development. At the end of that period of time, he joined forces with Harcon, Inc., a concrete construction company. During his tenure, Eric was involved in all facets of the business. He began working in the field in order to gain the valuable experience necessary to understand the complex phases of job execution. Through the years, he advanced to managing all operational aspects for the majority of the company’s southeastern markets. Today, Eric is well seasoned in all areas of concrete construction including vision casting, business development, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and managing the execution of projects.
Eric has been an active member of Associated General Contractors, Associated Builders and Contractors where he served on the Board of Directors and various committees. Additionally, he has served as a member of the Construction Management Industry Advisory Board at Southern Polytechnic State University. He currently serves on the Board of Deacons and the Building Committee at Christ Community Church.
Eric and his wife, Paige, have two children, Mackenzie and Mason, and live in Cumming, GA. When not working, Eric invests his time in family and church. He also enjoys playing golf, fishing and hunting.

Ronnie Dwiggins
Ronnie was born in St. Louis, MO into a military family. Throughout his childhood, the family relocated quite frequently. During his teen years, Ronnie’s parents decided to settle in Jacksonville, FL. It was in Jacksonville, at the age of 14, when Ronnie was first exposed to construction as he helped his dad install a new roof on the garage of the family home. This exposure lead to an interest in small woodworking projects such as building tables, shelves, etc. The joy of building and working with his hands took root in Ronnie and lead him to begin work in the residential housing industry in 1987. There, he learned many tasks that would establish the foundation of his career in construction.
Once gaining experience and knowledge, Ronnie decided to relocate to Atlanta in pursuit of greater job opportunity. In 1990, he began working with Harcon, Inc. Ronnie’s talents were recognized quickly and he received a series of promotions advancing him from Field Helper to Superintendent within three years. In 2014, Ronnie transitioned to Cornerstone Forming as a Project Superintendent before becoming General Superintendent for the company in 2017.
Ronnie and his wife, Lynn, reside in McDonough, GA. He and Lynn are the proud parents of two boys, Rickey and Joshua, as well as the grandparents of four grandchildren, McKenzie, Brody, Lucas and Gabriel. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, woodworking and restoring classic cars.
